We can provide a Next Day delivery service, providing your order is received by 11am. This service is only provided Monday to Friday; please contact us if you require a weekend delivery. If you place your order after this time, it will be sent the following day.

For international orders, please contact us for postage costs.

We are happy to discuss alternative postal options or courier services, please contact us to find the best price before placing your order.

We try to make all our packaging 100% recyclable so use biodegradable recycled cardboard boxes,  brown paper and paper tape.

Late or Lost Deliveries

If you experience a problem with your delivery please contact us as soon as you can and we will do our best to help you trace it. BasketBasket cannot be held responsible for late or lost delivery once the parcel is with the courier.

Delivery Schedule

If your item is in stock we aim to have it packaged and dispatched in 2-4 working days. If your item is out of stock please contact us so we can advise you of an expected delivery date.  Delivery with Evri can take 3-5 working days and with DPD is a next day service, unless sent on Friday when it will be delivered on Monday.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will love your basket, but if something isn't right, do let us know. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to arrange a refund, credit note or exchange for you. We ask that you return all items in perfect condition and in their original packaging if possible. Items returned outside these guidelines may only be subject to a credit note. A refund will not be possible if the item/s arrive damaged because the original or protective packaging has not been used.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain a Proof of Postage or tracking code. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. On receipt of faulty items we will arrange for an exchange and refund the return postage.
