Every June 21st, it's time to celebrate these wonderful animals which are now at increasing risk of extinction due to the loss of their habitat throughout Africa.

Whilst there are no giraffes in Madagascar, this is where our colourful herds are handmade.  They are shaped with straw and then woven with strips of sustainable raffia.  They always raise a smile and look fabulous in many homes and shop windows. (A new herd is on its way and hopefully will be with us in August.)

We have made a donation to Born Free in the hope this helps a little towards the protection of these incredible creatures.
